This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Proactively engage with allied healthcare professionals to provide product and disease education that supports patient management throughout the therapy journey.
• Offer continuous education and resources related to patient management, dosing, administration, and side-effect mitigation.
• Work collaboratively with field teams within established guidelines to assist allied healthcare clinicians.
• Act as a strategic leader in education across both academic and community oncology settings.
• Create tailored educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Inform clinicians about patient identification and approved therapies for hematologic and solid-tumor cancers.
• Train care teams on product preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Guide patient care teams in initiating and managing patient protocols effectively.
• Interpret and convey approved clinical education topics to a variety of audiences.
• Provide education on disease states, including diagnosis and management.
• Conduct approved one-on-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations.
• Record and share clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening techniques.
• Attend and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
• Support exhibit booths and displays as needed.
• Enhance clinical training programs and strengthen internal sales team capabilities.
• Collaborate across various oncology business functions, including sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and evidence-based value.
• Potentially educate patients in advocacy meeting environments utilizing approved materials.
• Track customer interactions and educational initiatives while managing designated resources.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Possession of a current active healthcare professional license.
• A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in oncology/hematology is required.
• Recent experience in clinical hematology is essential.
• Recent experience with multiple myeloma is preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with hematology/oncology patients.
• Exceptional communication, objective-setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and a willingness to embrace new learning opportunities.
• Experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
• Understanding of oncology market trends and their impact on providers and patients.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to work independently while managing time effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight trips and occasional weekends.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Required authorization and ability to operate a company-leased or rental vehicle.
