This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Proactively interact with allied healthcare professionals by providing product and disease education to assist in patient management throughout the therapy process.
• Offer continuous education and resources on patient management, including dosing, administration, and side-effect management.
• Work collaboratively with field teams in accordance with established guidelines to support allied healthcare clinicians.
• Act as a strategic education leader for both academic and community oncology accounts.
• Create tailored educational plans based on account-specific dynamics and clinical insights.
• Instruct clinicians on identifying patients and approved therapies for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.
• Provide education on product preparation and administration, as well as adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Train patient care teams on how to initiate and manage patients according to product protocols.
• Present approved clinical education to various audiences through presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations.
• Document and convey clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening.
• Attend and deliver clinical information or presentations at national, regional, and local internal meetings.
• Support exhibit booths and displays as necessary.
• Enhance internal clinical training initiatives and the competencies of the sales team.
• Collaborate across oncology functions, including sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical affairs, and clinical value and evidence.
• Possibly educate patients in advocacy-meeting environments using approved materials.
• Record customer interactions and educational activities while managing allocated resources.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD is required.
• Must possess a current active healthcare professional (HCP) license.
• A minimum of 7+ years of clinical experience in oncology/hematology.
• Recent clinical experience in hematology is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in multiple myeloma.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice dealing with hematology/oncology patients is required.
• Strong communication, objective-setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills are necessary.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and embrace learning opportunities.
• Experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
• Ability to identify evolving oncology market trends and their implications for providers and patients.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to work independently with effective time management.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays and occasional weekend travel.
• A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
• Required authorization and capability to operate a company-leased or rented vehicle.
