This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Actively engage with allied healthcare professionals by providing product and disease education to support patient management throughout the therapy process.
• Offer continual education and resources concerning patient management, dosing, administration, and side-effect mitigation.
• Work collaboratively with field teams while adhering to established guidelines to assist allied healthcare clinicians.
• Function as a strategic education leader within academic and community oncology accounts.
• Create tailored educational plans based on the specific dynamics of accounts and clinical insights.
• Inform clinicians about patient identification and approved treatments for hematologic and solid tumor cancers.
• Provide education on product preparation and administration, as well as adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
• Train patient care teams on the initiation and management of patients in line with product protocols.
• Interpret and convey clinical education topics to various audiences using approved materials.
• Raise awareness about disease states and the appropriate diagnosis and management of patients.
• Conduct one-on-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium speeches.
• Record and share clinical insights through strategic questioning and active listening.
• Attend and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
• Support exhibit booths and displays when appropriate.
• Enhance clinical training initiatives and bolster internal sales team competencies.
• Collaborate with teams in sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence.
• Potentially provide education to patients in patient advocacy meeting contexts utilizing approved materials.
• Document customer interactions and educational endeavors while managing allocated resources.
• A Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD is mandatory.
• An active healthcare professional license is required.
• Over 7 years of clinical experience in oncology/hematology is essential.
• Recent clinical experience in hematology is a must.
• Experience with multiple myeloma is preferred.
• Background in academic and/or community oncology practice dealing with Hematology/Oncology patients is essential.
• Exceptional skills in communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analysis, and presentation are required.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and embrace new learning opportunities.
• Experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data is necessary.
• Knowledge of oncology market trends and their impact on providers and patients is required.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with efficient time management are necessary.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications is a must.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend trips, is required.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
