This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
β’ Engage proactively with allied healthcare professionals, providing education on products and diseases to aid patient management before, during, and after approved therapies.
β’ Offer continuous education and resources concerning patient management, dosing, administration, and management of side effects.
β’ Collaborate with field teams following established guidelines to assist allied healthcare clinicians.
β’ Act as a strategic education leader within both academic and community oncology settings.
β’ Create tailored educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
β’ Instruct clinicians on identifying patients and approved therapies for both hematologic and solid-tumor malignancies.
β’ Provide education on product preparation, administration requirements, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management.
β’ Train patient-care teams on treatment initiation and patient management in accordance with product protocols.
β’ Conduct clinical education through individual presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations.
β’ Record and share clinical insights utilizing strategic questioning and active listening techniques.
β’ Participate in and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings.
β’ Support exhibit booths and displays when appropriate.
β’ Enhance clinical training initiatives and boost internal sales team competencies.
β’ Collaborate across various departments including sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence functions.
β’ Potentially educate patients in advocacy meeting settings using approved materials.
β’ Document customer interactions and educational activities while managing assigned resources.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD is required.
β’ A Master's degree is preferred.
β’ Current active healthcare professional license is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of clinical oncology/hematology experience is required.
β’ Recent clinical hematology experience is essential.
β’ Experience in multiple myeloma is preferred.
β’ Background in academic and/or community oncology practice working with hematology/oncology patients is necessary.
β’ Exceptional communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills are required.
β’ Proven ability to adapt to change and embrace ongoing learning.
β’ Demonstrated experience in interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data.
β’ Ability to identify evolving oncology market trends and their impacts on providers and patients.
β’ Experience working within a cross-functional team is important.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
β’ Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications is necessary.
β’ Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight trips and occasional weekends.
β’ A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required.
β’ Necessary authorization and ability to operate a company-leased or rental vehicle.
β’ Must be able to reside within a reasonable distance from the primary state.
