This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Sustain and expand business relationships with current customers within a designated territory.

• Oversee customer interactions from the initiation of orders through the delivery of laboratory reports.

• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction.

• Implement strategies for customer retention to enhance and grow existing accounts.

• Cultivate and uphold value-driven relationships with existing clients, promoting increased usage of products and services.

• Relay customer feedback, success stories, challenges, and best practices to teammates, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership.

• Record customer interactions, updates, and value-driven activities in the CRM system.

• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, technology platforms, reimbursement and billing processes, and molecular profiling solutions.

• Initiate communication with key stakeholders at assigned accounts and escalate issues that affect customer satisfaction.

• Keep assigned company equipment and assets in good condition.

• Accurately submit necessary reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• Achieve or surpass assigned performance targets.

• Assist with meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.

• Support physicians in ordering and interpreting the CMI platform, including ensuring QC report accuracy and access to PHI.

• Maintain a primary emphasis on case management.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least three years of experience in account management or a customer-facing role is required.

• Strong capabilities in problem-solving and decision-making.

• Knowledge of clinic-based business operations is essential.

• Ability to learn proprietary software programs.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

• A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary.

• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements is required.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics sectors is preferred.

• Experience in oncology is a plus.

• Capability to sit or stand for extended durations.

• Ability to lift standard office supplies.

• Occasional travel may be necessary, including possible evenings, weekends, or holidays.
