This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee a designated territory and establish trusted relationships with oncology care teams.
• Develop and implement territory business strategies to enhance patient access and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts.
• Recognize key prescribers and accounts while addressing their needs and priorities with appropriate resources.
• Work collaboratively with medical affairs, market access, commercial operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Utilize customer insights and data to prioritize initiatives, establish goals, and evaluate performance.
• Assist in product launches and local promotional efforts through coordinated and compliant field programs.
• Travel frequently within the designated territory and occasionally outside of it.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology with direct engagement with physicians or institutions.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and capability to drive within the assigned territory; driving is a crucial function.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation assistance is not available.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally outside, which may include overnight stays and weekend conferences.
• Travel requirements of 30-50% based on territory demands.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities focused on cultivating trusted relationships and influencing without authority.
• A minimum of two years of experience in oncology or specialty sales, with a preference for experience in health system or institutional accounts.
• Familiarity with hematology or solid tumor treatments.
• Experience with infusion products.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategies.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing territory plans and achieving measurable targets.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
