This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Conduct live, video-based onboarding sessions for remote new hires.
• Introduce health screening scripts, intake workflows, technology tools and systems, HIPAA and consent protocols, as well as escalation pathways.
• Foster a welcoming, engaging, and interactive learning atmosphere through role-playing exercises and real-time coaching.
• Tailor training pace to suit each cohort.
• Administer and evaluate final training assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments and practice work.
• Act as the main onboarding resource for new hires, addressing inquiries and resolving any confusion.
• Identify and monitor trainees who may be struggling.
• Coordinate cohort schedules with hiring managers and new hires.
• Oversee cohort logistics, including calendar invites, reminders, distribution of materials, tool setup, attendance tracking, and completion verification.
• Convey cohort progress, readiness, and any scheduling issues to managers.
• Distribute training resources, job aids, and assessments.
• Maintain precise, audit-ready records of completion.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and integrate their feedback into curricula, scripts, and materials.
• Deliver onboarding for additional new-hire roles as hiring demands evolve.
• Assist Learning & Development with content review, ad hoc facilitation, logistics, and related training programs.
• Share insights and patterns from the training room to enhance broader Learning & Development initiatives.
• Train non-clinical frontline staff, primarily Care Navigators, to establish patient trust, conduct health assessments, document notes, and schedule intake appointments.
• Proven experience facilitating training in a healthcare, call center, care coordination, or similar regulated setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and compliance-sensitive material.
• Experience delivering live, remote training sessions to new hire cohorts.
• Proficiency in role-playing, real-time coaching, grading assessments, and troubleshooting technical issues in remote training environments.
• Strong skills in scheduling and coordination.
• Ability to provide direct and specific feedback on homework and assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in instructional design, including enhancing materials and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Strong relationship-building skills with managers and the capacity to request honest feedback.
• Organized and detail-oriented; ensures accuracy in attendance, completion, and assessment records.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, such as TalentLMS.
• Comfortable using Slack and Google Suite.
• Ability to learn Healthie or similar care platforms.
• Capable of working independently and managing a personal schedule in a remote, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and deliver training for new role curricula on short notice.
• Previous experience as a Care Navigator, Community Health Worker, or in another patient/member-facing role within a healthcare organization.
• Knowledge of value-based care, social determinants of health, or care coordination processes.
• Experience in a start-up environment where processes and roles may change swiftly.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or another language relevant to Wider Circle's member population.
• Independent contractor status, 1099.
• Remote work (U.S.).
• 30–40 hours per week commitment.
• Three-month engagement with the possibility of renewal as a contractor or transition to employee status based on performance and business requirements.
• Reports to the Learning & Development team.
• Collaborates with hiring managers across onboarding roles and Care Delivery Operations.
