Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews for new team members with potential customers by gathering candidate video interviews and sharing them with prospects.

• Collaborate with customers to identify their ideal candidate and address process plan inquiries.

• Create ad-hoc video interview questions utilizing VideoAsk.

• Gather candidate video interview responses and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Partner with sales and recruitment teams to outline requirements and supply candidates that fulfill prospect criteria.

• Coordinate with recruitment to facilitate the generation of video interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Client Management, Recruiting, or Professional Staffing.

• Proven experience in engaging with candidates and conducting high-volume interviews.

• Familiarity with video conferencing tools and their application in conducting interviews.

• Experience in collaborating with customers to comprehend their needs and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to fulfill demands.

• Strong professional communication skills in English when interacting with prospects.

• Experience with online meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype, along with proficient calendar management skills (preferred).

• Critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English (preferred).

• Background in the global outsourcing industry (preferred).

• Full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing high-quality candidates (preferred).
