Client Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of client accounts.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services.

• Engage in consultative discussions to identify the evolving needs of clients.

• Deliver additional service solutions that align with clients' objectives.

• Keep precise account notes, forecasts, and growth pipelines in CRM systems.

• Partner with onboarding and operations teams to ensure client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, client development, or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by goals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
