Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements from clients

• Collaborate with clients to clarify implementation phases

• Analyze and comprehend client needs

• Acquire knowledge of implementation standards for solutions and understand the business rules among involved parties

• Ensure alignment of the implementation with the project scope and the definition of the Neogrid Product

• Offer technical assistance to clients during the implementation phase

• Update stakeholders on activity progress

• Execute system configurations and parameter settings in line with the implementation process

• Oversee product implementation alongside clients

• Address inquiries regarding integration, technical details, and process flows

• Facilitate training sessions for both internal teams and clients, whether remotely or in-person

• Encourage users to adopt and utilize the solution

• Create documentation, schedules, kick-off presentations, and action plans

• A strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills, with the capacity to handle multiple demands and deadlines

• An analytical mindset, capable of evaluating information and everyday situations

• Experience in customer service, with a dedication to quality and ensuring an excellent customer experience

• Familiarity with negotiating deadlines and managing internal requests

• Flexibility to adapt to varying situations and shifting priorities

• Independence in managing routine tasks and demands

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, marked by clarity, objectivity, and courtesy

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team across different departments

• Basic proficiency in Excel

• Introductory knowledge of Artificial Intelligence

• Experience in any segment of the supply chain is advantageous
