Client Onboarding Consultant, Healthcare Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist with onboarding initiatives that extend beyond the primary area of focus.

• Participate in special projects as assigned.

• Detect operational inefficiencies and propose scalable enhancements through automation or AI solutions.

• Collaborate with leadership to provide recommendations.

• Act as the subject matter expert on specific onboarding tasks or projects.

• Offer guidance and share knowledge with team members.

• Manage end-to-end client implementation projects independently.

• Provide support across various onboarding project focus areas.

• Operate autonomously using established procedures to accomplish complex tasks.

• Report directly to the Supervisor of Client Onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Preferred experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle, or related implementation or onboarding experience within healthcare, financial services, or similar environments.

• A minimum of 2 years in implementation, client onboarding, project coordination, or project management roles.

• Experience with automation and AI for workflow refinement, efficiency improvement, and innovation promotion.

• Familiarity with Experian Health products is advantageous.
