Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients by establishing expectations, outlining milestones, and monitoring progress.

• Incorporate learning opportunities into the onboarding experience and partner with the Content Creation team to develop training materials.

• Track client health through data analysis and progress monitoring.

• Proactively identify and resolve onboarding challenges.

• Keep clients engaged and motivated to embrace INNERGY processes and best practices.

• Ensure clear communication with clients and document all interactions for visibility across teams.

• Create strategies to address low engagement or resistance to change.

• Collect client feedback and provide insights to enhance onboarding strategies and training priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in onboarding, client success, or similar roles.

• Preferably experienced in the Microvellum architectural millwork sector or manufacturing.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficient in data analysis and utilizing insights to manage progress and mitigate risks.

• Capable of motivating and guiding clients towards successful results.

• Experience working with content or training teams to prioritize and influence the development of resources.

• A problem-solving attitude with the flexibility to adapt to client needs and challenges.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
