Onboarding Specialist, Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist base-tier marketplace brands with seller integration and onboarding, encompassing setup, launch, ramp-up, and assortment optimization on Nordstrom.com

• Provide training for new brands on the operational requirements essential for a thriving marketplace business

• Conduct seller-facing calls, onboarding sessions, and webinars

• Oversee a portfolio of over 50 onboarding projects

• Track base-tier seller KPIs and ensure adherence to content and operational standards

• Collaborate with Brand Acquisition, Category Management, and Operations teams during both inbound and outbound transitions

• Manage projects in accordance with marketplace objectives and key results

• Assist sellers facing persistent data setup challenges

• Contribute to scaling Marketplace onboarding and creating diverse onboarding processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required

• 4+ years of professional experience in a large, matrixed organization

• 1+ year of experience working with brands or external clients is advantageous

• Adaptable to constant change, with the ability to build and iterate processes regularly

• Experience collaborating with external clients

• Customer-centric mindset

• Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations and evolving business requirements
