Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and inform patients about medication management solutions through phone-based medication assessments.

• Enroll patients for services.

• Conduct health and medication evaluations, which include reviewing medication lists, administration instructions, and essential health information.

• Precisely input prescription details.

• Meet key performance indicators set by management.

• Create a positive initial impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and its offerings.

• Educate facilities, institutions, and patients regarding ExactCare.

• Oversee patient assessments to enhance business growth and sustain referral relationships.

• Keep accurate records and generate reports.

• Reach out to potential patients daily, arrange telephonic reviews, and conduct follow-up calls.

• Take part in daily team huddles, training sessions, and impromptu meetings.

• Communicate effectively with the management team.

• Exemplify AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

• Undertake additional assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that warrants an exception.

• Over 1 year of experience in pharmacy customer service.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Energetic and empathetic phone interaction skills are essential.

• Proficient persuasion abilities.

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on helping others succeed.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Capacity to multitask effectively.

• Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work an average of 40 hours per week.

• Availability for ad-hoc work outside regular business hours.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
