Customer Onboarding Specialist, Mandarin Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Welcome newly onboarded Mandarin-speaking partners to the Owner platform.

• Align expectations to guarantee the successful launch of mobile apps and websites.

• Oversee a portfolio of partners at various stages of the onboarding process.

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via email, calls, and SMS.

• Utilize Salesforce to document all activities.

• Gather essential assets and information from partners.

• Collaborate internally with multiple teams.

• Establish expectations prior to launch and ensure a seamless transition to the Restaurant Success Manager.

• Advocate for restaurant owners, helping them to retain control over their mobile app or online presence.

• Educate and coach restaurant owners on best practices for online ordering setup, utilizing statistics and SEO testing.

• Engage in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing internal processes.

• Provide product insights to the engineering team to influence platform design.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in both Mandarin and English (C1/C2).

• Strong fluency in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple accounts at different onboarding stages.

• A growth mindset with a dedication to professional development.

• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and take responsibility.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where change is frequent.

• Experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous, with a minimum of 1 year preferred.

• Candidates must reside in Mexico, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
