Partner Compliance – Onboarding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in processing and tracking partner applications for HVAC, Water Heater, Generator, and GSHP programs.

• Conduct follow-up communications and outreach to partners to gather missing information or adhere to compliance deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records and highlight any items that require further examination.

• Help in reviewing current partner records within the compliance platform, verifying flags and ensuring the accuracy of information.

• Monitor partner licenses, certifications, renewals, and insurance expiration dates.

• Oversee compliance requirements for sales representatives in various markets.

• Resolve the backlog of over 800 partner SafeTurf reviews within a target timeframe of 90–120 days, assessing and addressing flags.

• Obtain 90%+ on-time partner activation communications and ensure 0% lapses in uncontacted expirations within notification periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prevent any oversights.

• Excellent written communication skills, capable of composing clear and professional emails independently without relying on templates.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and adept at handling spreadsheets; willing to learn new tools as required.

• Highly reliable, consistently following through on tasks and commitments.

• Comfortable with process-oriented, repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining high accuracy levels.

• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

• Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or data entry is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM and task management software is a plus.
