Onboarding Manager – Help Partners Succeed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the onboarding of new partner businesses and familiarize them with the software.

• Configure partners’ systems for optimal performance.

• Provide remote training to partners through video calls, guiding them until they feel confident using the software.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for up to 100 partners.

• Respond to inquiries with patience and clarity.

• Assist in managing change processes while acknowledging and addressing any resistance.

• Ensure that partners actively utilize the software, leading to their enhanced success.

• Identify potential additional value, such as professional websites or online marketing opportunities, and present these options without sales pressure.

• Take ownership of partner success, software adoption, satisfaction, and relevant upselling opportunities.
