Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist new partner businesses throughout the onboarding journey.

• Configure partners’ systems and provide remote training via video conferencing.

• Offer continuous support to partners during and after the transition period.

• Address inquiries with patience and clarity.

• Facilitate change processes and assist in overcoming resistance to new methodologies.

• Ensure partners actively engage with the software and achieve greater success as a result.

• Deliver long-term assistance to up to 100 small and medium-sized partner businesses.

• Identify and present additional value opportunities, such as professional websites or online marketing, without applying sales pressure.

• Attain results through successful launches, high software adoption rates, satisfied businesses, and appropriate upselling.

• Participate in the leading annual industry trade show held in Augsburg.

• Proficiency in the German language.

• Eagerness to learn about the arboriculture sector and its technical vocabulary.

• Willingness to travel to the annual leading industry trade show in Augsburg.

• Prior professional experience is not mandatory.
