Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various customer onboarding and implementation projects from the point of post-sale handoff to the go-live phase and completion.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings, regular customer check-ins, product training sessions, and implementation status updates.

• Address Fastpath Assure functionalities including Segregation of Duties (SoD) rule configuration, access risk assessments, user access reviews, and audit reporting.

• Create onboarding strategies, timelines, milestones, and success metrics aligned with customer goals, applications, and technical specifications.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless delivery.

• Identify potential implementation risks, hurdles, dependencies, connectivity challenges, ruleset customization requirements, and data access problems.

• Educate customers on the functionalities, workflows, and best practices of Fastpath Assure.

• Monitor onboarding progress, customer engagement, implementation health, and time-to-value indicators.

• Advocate for customer needs internally and provide feedback on products and processes.

• Enhance onboarding processes and playbooks to boost efficiency, scalability, satisfaction, and adoption rates.

• Transition customers into their long-term Customer Success relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management.

• Preferably experienced in a SaaS, security, or compliance software environment.

• Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts, such as segregation of duties, access certifications, or IT general controls is advantageous.

• Experience with Fastpath Assure or similar access governance tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Workday is beneficial.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to convert technical configuration efforts into business results.

• Capability to collaborate across various departments including Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering.

• PMP, CAPM, or a similar project management certification is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Successful completion of a thorough criminal background check.
