Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise implementations with an ACV of $100K and above, from the initial scoping phase to go-live and beyond.

• Take ownership of the complete client journey, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and successful adoption.

• Deliver user training, along with technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Technology, and Product teams to address client-specific challenges and gather product feedback.

• Establish trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and key decision-makers.

• Ensure a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score exceeding 90% across the client portfolio.

• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including go-live milestones, adoption results, and client health metrics.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal documentation and processes.

• Keep complex implementations on track even in ambiguous customer environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated project management expertise, encompassing scoping, timeline management, risk assessment, and independently driving results.

• Strong technical aptitude regarding integrations and workflows.

• Ability to collaborate directly with Engineering and Product teams.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with senior and executive-level stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a startup or scaling environment.

• Strong skills in collaboration, adaptability, hands-on execution, and a growth-oriented mindset.

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level implementation within a B2B SaaS landscape (preferred).

• Preference for experience in accounts payable, accounting, or fintech software (preferred).

• Familiarity with ERP or payment platforms, specifically IFS, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP B1, or SYSPRO (preferred).

• Transferable experience from roles in project management, onboarding, consulting, or delivery is valued.
