Onboarding Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist new clients in navigating the product.

• Deliver training sessions and oversee software utilization.

• Customize the environment to meet client specifications.

• Guarantee customer satisfaction with the product and service.

• Recommend enhancements to processes and products with a customer-centric approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of software implementation methodologies.

• Background in the hospitality sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or a degree in technology (as specified in the posting).

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Excel is advantageous.

• Awareness of financial and administrative practices is a plus.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
