On Site Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site asset management and laboratory support services for key customer accounts.

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

• Ensure the smooth provision of services while upholding high customer satisfaction levels.

• Oversee daily operations.

• Coordinate service-related activities.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customers' capacity to create a healthier, cleaner, and safer world.

• Engage with engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Degree with no prior experience required, or a Bachelor's Degree accompanied by 2 years of experience in Agriculture, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Biomedical, or a related field.

• Preferred knowledge of research and development (R&D) laboratory operations, standards, and procedures.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of building and sustaining professional relationships.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with engineers, suppliers, and internal partners.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

• Preferred experience with laboratory equipment and computerized instrumentation.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality systems (GMP, GLP) is preferred.

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Physical capability to execute essential job functions, including walking, lifting up to 25kg, and standing for prolonged periods.

• Willingness to wear necessary PPE (lab coats, safety glasses, etc.) as required.

• Valid driver's license and readiness to travel up to 15% as needed.

• Proficiency in English is required.
