Omniretail Executive, Store Ops – Health and Proximity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure exceptional store execution across all channels nationwide.

• Oversee operations, field execution, merchandising, compliance, and analytics.

• Enhance store productivity, customer experience, and sales growth by delivering Perfect Store KPIs.

• Take ownership of national Perfect Store score performance.

• Track KPI achievements by channel, region, customer, and individual store.

• Identify execution gaps and execute corrective action plans.

• Facilitate monthly business reviews for Perfect Store performance.

• Establish standards and operating procedures for store execution.

• Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising guidelines.

• Promote adherence to planograms, displays, and visibility standards.

• Manage field audit processes and governance.

• Guarantee core SKU availability in all stores.

• Drive the execution of new product introductions (NPI) and ensure speed-to-shelf.

• Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations.

• Concentrate on the Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, Place, and Proposition standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to recent graduates with strong academic records and/or proven leadership skills through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community engagement.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of effective communication in English within a professional business context.

• Previous experience in leading, managing, or coordinating field execution teams is a plus.

• Strong grasp of Perfect Store execution standards and merchandising excellence.

• Proficient in Power BI and experienced in utilizing retail analytics for driving insights and informed decision-making.

• Familiarity with FMCG, retail operations, sales, or customer development environments is advantageous.

• Experience in analyzing retail performance data and converting insights into actionable strategies is a plus.

• Proven leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management skills are beneficial.
