This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide the office team in reaching customer service objectives.

• Ensure adherence to Copart procedures for Customer Service, Dispatch, and Title Processing departments.

• Establish and uphold Copart's best practices in line with company policies, quality standards, and service expectations.

• Recruit, train, develop, and inspire team members.

• Oversee daily operations of the positions under your supervision.

• Ensure that office roles comply with company and performance benchmarks.

• Provide guidance on administrative responsibilities and objectives.

• Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping.

• Handle cash transactions and perform daily bank deposits.

• Complete all assigned tasks for supervised roles.

• Lead the team to achieve or surpass facility targets.

• Monitor inventory of office supplies and procure as necessary.

• Conduct performance evaluations.

• Organize and facilitate meetings.

• Address employee and customer service concerns.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (GED), with some college education preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of office management or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in computer usage (MS Office Suite).

• Exceptional communication abilities -- both verbal and written.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Capability to recruit, train, and nurture employees.

• Typing speed of at least 45 Words Per Minute.

• Basic proficiency with 10 Key operations.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Competence in managing expenses with fundamental accounting and inventory management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Skill in managing multiple processes for staff members.

• Conflict resolution skills.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Ability to respond to alarm calls when required.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
