This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute procedures to enhance provider onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic operations to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee provider schedules and manage shift coverage to optimize clinical efficiency.
• Accurately maintain electronic medical records and practice management systems.
• Work alongside providers and facilitate patient consult communications throughout the USA and Canada.
• Handle incoming sedative requests and perform patient outreach as necessary.
• Identify urgent consult needs and initiate rapid outreach to secure prompt provider appointments.
• Monitor dedicated Slack channels for actionable internal requests.
• Assist in resolving patient disputes and support the Practice Manager with special projects and reporting tasks.
• Aid in scanning workflow packages and guide patients from scheduling to post-scan follow-ups.
• Coordinate home lab draws with third-party providers and ensure results are ready before consultations.
• Ensure timely delivery of specialized reports.
• Track patient progress and address operational delays or scheduling challenges.
• Maintain alignment among patients, sales, and clinical teams for effective care coordination.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration, particularly in primary care and/or radiology settings.
• High school diploma or GED is a must.
• Proficient in practice management software, EMRs, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaborative tools like Slack.
• Strong grasp of medical terminology and basic radiology procedures.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of thriving under pressure and adjusting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and should not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, now or in the future.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Standard office setting requiring prolonged periods of sitting and computer usage.
• An Associate’s degree or Medical Administration certification is preferred.
