This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Develop, maintain, and expand a strategic CDK OEM program.
• Manage OEM account initiatives and the resources necessary to meet strategic business objectives.
• Provide leadership and high-level oversight to cross-functional internal teams, including customer support, billing, product and technology, and operations.
• Oversee business relationships and program service delivery associated with statements of work.
• Organize and conduct quarterly business reviews, weekly program update meetings, and ad hoc client-facing interactions.
• Collaborate on financial modeling for programs, project-based forecasts, and monthly/annual financial reports.
• Facilitate the presentation, communication, and approval processes for OEM program invoices.
• Act as the escalation point for program inquiries related to enrollments, data, reporting, billing, invoicing, product, systems, legal, and contracting issues.
• Negotiate project resources, deliverables, and associated costs.
• Identify new OEM business opportunities and facilitate engagements at the executive level.
• Compile forecasting, planning, modeling, and invoice presentations in collaboration with finance teams.
• Coordinate buy-sells, conversions, terminations, and related change management activities.
• Develop, implement, and uphold program service-level processes.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams on feature development, prioritization, and defect resolution.
• Manage the creation, approval, and execution of new statements of work and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to client technical specifications.
• Collaborate on training for installations and ongoing support.
• Support pilots, launches, pricing strategies, dealer adoption, communications, implementations, and continuous support.
• Provide program dashboards that display status and performance metrics.
• 5-10 years of experience in software project, program, and/or engagement management.
• Over 5 years of external client relationship management experience with a proven ability to manage requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• Expertise in automotive retail solutions and workflows.
• Hands-on capability to navigate complex business environments to fulfill customer requests and requirements.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and organization.
• Excellent analytical abilities, including scenario modeling and financial management.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional engagements for the success of complex client programs while consistently driving improvements and reducing complexity.
• Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing conditions, risks, and opportunities.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and Visio.
• Experience with Auto Manufacturer dealer retail programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with CDK applications is preferred.
• PMP or other relevant industry certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must reside locally in New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Connecticut.
• Willingness to travel 50% within the territory.
