This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the business relationship and ensure service delivery in accordance with the established statement of work.
• Coordinate and facilitate quarterly business updates, weekly program meetings, and various other client-facing engagements as needed.
• Work collaboratively with clients on financial modeling, project-based forecasts, and monthly/annual financial deliverables.
• Manage the presentation, communication, and approval processes for OEM program invoices.
• Act as a point of escalation for program-related questions regarding enrollments, data, reporting, billing, invoicing, products, systems, legal matters, and contracts.
• Negotiate resources, deliverables, and costs for projects.
• Identify potential new OEM business opportunities with current clients and facilitate executive-level discussions.
• Prepare forecasting, planning, modeling, invoice presentations, and other related financial tasks.
• Liaise with client and internal contract teams regarding buy-sells, conversions, terminations, and change management.
• Create, implement, and uphold processes and service levels for programs with internal teams.
• Assist in resolving issues that require collaboration among cross-functional operational or technical teams.
• Oversee contract renewals for assigned programs.
• Support the development of OEM Guidebooks for Field Sales.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams on feature development, prioritization, and defect resolution.
• Manage the development, approval, and execution of new Statements of Work (SOW) and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to client technical specifications.
• Work together on installation and ongoing support training for new features.
• Assist with pilots, launches, pricing, dealer adoption, communications, implementations, and ongoing support.
• Provide dashboards that illustrate program status and performance.
• 5-10 years of experience in software project, program, and/or engagement management.
• At least 5 years of managing external client relationships with a proven ability to handle requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive retail solutions and workflows.
• Proven ability to navigate complex business environments to address customer requests and requirements.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and organization.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including the capacity to model scenarios and manage financial aspects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating cross-functional engagements for the success of complex client programs while continually seeking improvements and reducing complexity.
• Ability to foresee and adapt to changing conditions, risks, and opportunities.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and Visio.
• Experience with Auto Manufacturer dealer retail programs.
• Knowledgeable about CDK applications.
• Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
