Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client needs to align them with Odoo functionalities.

• Deliver functionality demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.

• Configure and personalize Odoo modules to fit business operations.

• Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and issue resolution.

• Execute functional testing and user acceptance testing alongside clients.

• Offer training and documentation for end-users.

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Create cost estimates, project schedules, and technical feasibility analyses.

• Assist clients during solution deployment and throughout their Odoo journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a comparable position.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Full professional proficiency in Ukrainian and English.

• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, such as Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or project management experience is advantageous.
