Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess client requirements, aligning them with Odoo functionalities.

• Deliver functionality presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules to match business processes effectively.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting tasks.

• Execute functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside clients.

• Offer end-user training and create comprehensive documentation.

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Ensure timely project completion, maintain client satisfaction, and guarantee successful solution deployment.

• Assist in developing cost estimates, project schedules, and technical feasibility studies.

• Carry out additional responsibilities aligned with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a comparable position.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Proficient in both Ukrainian and English.

• Strong comprehension of Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or experience in project management is an advantage.
