Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client requirements, aligning them with Odoo functionalities.

• Deliver functionality presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules to fit business processes effectively.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting tasks.

• Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing in partnership with clients.

• Provide training and documentation for end-users.

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Guarantee timely project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and successful solution deployment.

• Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and assessments of technical feasibility.

• Undertake additional duties that align with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar position.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English at a full working level.

• Strong expertise in Odoo modules, including Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or project management experience is advantageous.
