Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client requirements, aligning them with Odoo functionalities.

• Deliver functionality presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules to fit business processes.

• Work alongside technical teams for custom development and troubleshooting.

• Execute functional testing and user acceptance testing in collaboration with clients.

• Provide training and documentation for end-users.

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, maintaining client satisfaction and successful solution deployment.

• Aid in cost estimations, project timelines, and assessments of technical feasibility.

• Undertake additional responsibilities that align with the role's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar position.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Full working proficiency in Ukrainian and English.

• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or Project Management experience is advantageous.
