Odoo Project Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate client requirements, aligning them with Odoo functionalities.

• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing functionalities.

• Configure and tailor Odoo modules to meet client needs.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams on custom development and troubleshooting efforts.

• Execute functional testing and user acceptance testing alongside clients.

• Offer end-user training and create comprehensive documentation.

• Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle.

• Develop cost estimates, project timelines, and assess technical feasibility.

• Ensure timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and successful deployment of solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as an Odoo Project Leader or in a similar capacity.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Proficiency in both Ukrainian and English at a full working level.

• In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, and HR.

• Odoo certification and/or project management credentials are advantageous.
