OCP Engineer, FIX Messaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Serve as an OCP Engineer with expertise in FIX messaging.

• Oversee and manage the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).

• Collaborate with Kubernetes and various other container platforms.

• Develop Docker files, create images, execute containers, and handle Docker volumes and registries.

• Manage Linux and networking environments effectively.

• Utilize scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python.

• Engage with the FIX protocol and FIX order flow.

• Work with Broadridge Appia, Open-source QuickFIX, and SWIFT Alliance Access products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience with Kubernetes and other container platforms.

• 5 years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container (OCP).

• Familiarity with Broadridge Appia, Open-source QuickFIX, and SWIFT Alliance Access products.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or Engineering.

• Proficient in creating Docker files, building images, executing containers, and managing Docker volumes and registries.

• Strong understanding of the FIX protocol and FIX order flow.

• Solid administrative knowledge of Linux and networking.

• Proficient in a scripting language such as Shell, Perl, or Python.
