This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy by mapping current workflows from start to finish and identifying opportunities for AI integration across internal operations, client service delivery, pre-sales, and product development.
β’ Work collaboratively to establish adoption and governance frameworks that include sponsorship, metrics, feedback mechanisms, and guidelines.
β’ Manage scalable, model-agnostic AI fluency training programs aimed at enhancing delegation, discernment, and diligence.
β’ Supervise the creation and curation of practical AI upskilling resources for seamless integration into daily operations.
β’ Design tailored Organizational Change Management and training strategies for Unisys presales and long-term client engagement.
β’ Formulate both long-term organizational strategies and immediate interventions at the workflow level.
β’ Establish metrics for changed practices and link adoption to business performance and employee experiences.
β’ Monitor the evolving capabilities, tools, and norms in AI, updating curriculum and guidelines as necessary.
β’ Provide change management assistance across various initiatives, projects, and organizational divisions.
β’ Enhance stakeholder comprehension of the implications of changes related to outcomes and deliverables.
β’ Develop and execute strategies that empower stakeholders to succeed amidst ongoing change.
β’ Integrate change enablement into technology deployments and stable operational practices.
β’ Assist in defining and measuring success indicators, tracking progress, and assessing business results.
β’ BA/BS degree and 6β8 years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or a similar Organizational Change Management certification is preferred.
β’ Experience in establishing a team or function that was previously nonexistent.
β’ Proven experience in launching AI-driven initiatives that foster transformation at an enterprise level.
β’ Demonstrated ability to create learning or enablement programs from the ground up at an organizational scale that effectively shifted behavior.
β’ Successful history of leading cross-functional teams across diverse functions and sectors.
β’ A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to define success and convert outcome data into actionable insights.
β’ Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to the evolving landscape of AI and business requirements.
β’ Strong foundation in instructional design, adult learning principles, change management, or organizational psychology is desirable.
β’ A proven ability to identify innovative solutions to complex problems is desirable.
β’ Candidates must be eligible for any necessary U.S. Government authorizations related to export-controlled commodities and technology.
