This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing standardized tests to ascertain the therapy needs of pediatric patients.
• Apply clinical expertise to formulate and execute treatment plans in accordance with physicians' directives.
• Deliver in-home therapy services to pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Maintain regular communication with patients' families, providing updates on their child's objectives.
• Work collaboratively with therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses to create comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Keep detailed documentation that reflects the care delivered and communicates any adjustments in the treatment plan to the healthcare team.
• Engage in individual meetings with team leads to review patient progress, exchange insights, and enhance treatment approaches.
• Must possess a valid and active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Reliable means of transportation is necessary.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
• Automotive insurance is required.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not mandatory.
