• Oversee a caseload that aligns with specific areas of interest.

• Create tailored, evidence-based therapeutic objectives and interventions.
• Offer advice on environmental modifications for homes, educational institutions, workplaces, and residential environments.
• Suggest and facilitate the use of Assistive Technology to enhance independence.
• Ensure adherence to current legislation and NDIS standards.
• Collaborate effectively within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Provide adaptable community, mobile, and telehealth occupational therapy services.
• Valid AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proactive, client-focused attitude with a commitment to innovation and professional growth.
• Authentic enthusiasm for working in the disability and community sector.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in pediatric care, complex needs, or a designated caseload area.
