Occupational Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Conduct remote occupational therapy evaluations and sessions for a varied pediatric demographic.

• Create evidence-driven, tailored care plans utilizing Expressable's clinical resources and platform.

• Provide outcome-oriented care through collaboration and engagement with caregivers.

• Track client progress and modify care plans to ensure positive clinical results.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation.

• Engage in mandatory training, clinical learning experiences, and effective team communication.

• Offer coverage during PTO and sick leave to maintain continuity of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent).

• Individual NPI number.

• Valid Virginia occupational therapy license.

• Licensed in a relevant state.

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric environments.

• Dependable internet connection.

• Proficient with teletherapy platforms.

• Strong computer skills.

• Ability to learn new systems autonomously.

• Experience with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be available for mandatory training, clinical learning experiences, team communications, and coverage during PTO and sick leave.
