Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based virtual therapy services to adult healthcare workers.

• Conduct confidential teletherapy sessions using Marvin’s HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Implement evidence-based methodologies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method.

• Carry out biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes within the EHR system.

• Utilize measurement-based instruments like PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to track progress and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Arrange an exploratory video call with a Talent Acquisition partner as the subsequent step in the application process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold independent licensure in South Carolina as an LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP, or Licensed Psychologist.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing therapy to adults is required.

• Prior experience in delivering therapy to healthcare professionals, mental health workers, or first responders is essential.

• Availability for at least 10–15 hours per week is necessary.

• Must be comfortable providing therapy through video platforms, utilizing EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.

• Capability to integrate assessment and measurement-based tools like PHQ-9 to monitor progress and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or the Gottman Method is required.
