Occupational Psychologist Consultant, Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Participate in initial discussions with clients to grasp their hiring requirements, current frameworks, and define what success looks like.

• Align client values with the Spotted Zebra taxonomy.

• Create Role Skills Profiles utilizing AI tools to assist in developing values content for feedback reports.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to convert role specifications into skills profiles.

• Provide guidance to clients on governance, highlighting what elements should remain fixed versus flexible, and how recruiters and hiring managers can effectively use the platform.

• Offer insights on designing the hiring flow, including the stages and skills assessed at each phase.

• Clarify how AI-generated interview questions are formulated and aligned with required skills.

• Assist with client scoring, encompassing AI scoring and human calibration.

• Aid in the development of scoring rubrics.

• Support the analysis of customer data, including exporting platform information and monitoring candidate progress throughout campaigns.

• Develop surveys and quizzes featuring diverse question types and branching logic for client implementations.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to remain updated on platform functionalities.

• Report to the Lead Occupational Psychologist and independently manage client calls, escalating issues to the broader occupational psychology team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified Occupational Psychologist.

• Experience in HR technology or assessment tools.

• Significant experience in a client-facing, consultancy-level position.

• Excellent consulting and advisory communication skills, with the capacity to interpret a client's core needs into clear recommendations and adjust approach according to various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and data skills, with an aptitude for detail-oriented work.

• Proficient in using AI tools in daily tasks.

• Independent and pragmatic, able to balance client-facing duties with meticulous hands-on work.

• Chartered Occupational Psychologist or pursuing chartership (preferred).

• Familiarity with AI-driven assessment tools or AI Interview technology (preferred).

• Experience in a rapidly scaling technology setting (preferred).
