Nursing Team Lead, Household Assistants – Dementia Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative for the household assistance agency within your region

• Execute marketing and sales initiatives

• Recruit and cultivate your own team of household assistants and foster client relationships

• Oversee and manage the team effectively

• Ensure quality care for all dependent clients in the area

• Function as the primary contact for the district, advocating for its interests to headquarters regarding concerns and decisions

• Grow the district with the backing of the central team and lead the local team

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work autonomously and assume responsibility

• Friendly and communicative — you thrive on connecting with people

• Detail-oriented, sustainable, and methodical work approach

• At ease with public visibility and reputation building within the region

• Proven training experience in cognitive impairment/dementia

• Qualified professional in the health and social sector, such as a geriatric nurse, therapeutic educator (Heilpädagoge), or special-needs care specialist (Heilerziehungspfleger)

• Strong passion for social involvement and teamwork

• Excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
