This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and implement various programs and project work plans for prominent, high-impact nursing initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams to design and expand solutions.
• Keep executive stakeholders updated on the progress of projects.
• Define project deliverables and objectives while assessing resource requirements.
• Formulate and revise project plans to meet key milestones.
• Prioritize and allocate tasks among project teams.
• Eliminate project barriers and relay updates to director/VP stakeholders.
• Propose project scope, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting formats.
• Guide teams in analyzing and interpreting data for project guidance and experimentation.
• Conduct analyses and quality assurance on the work of others.
• Convey information and lead productive meetings.
• Navigate difficult situations and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Make project-related decisions and recommendations for leaders.
• Set clear expectations and ensure project teams are held accountable.
• Foster collaborative partnerships across various departments.
• Manage workload to encourage work-life balance and overall wellness.
• Promote professional development and enhance team culture.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion on a large scale.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, ClickUp, or other project management software to create project timelines and templates.
• PMP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong collaborative and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences concerning ESKD.
• Consultative skills for resolving complex inquiries.
• Time management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in accordance with clinical standards.
• Exceptional organizational, detail-oriented, follow-through, analytical, reasoning, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present and document work in compliance with required standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical processes and capacity to translate requirements into clinical policies and procedures.
• Capability to manage several projects, deadlines, and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Approximately 10% travel required, including attending leadership core team meetings at least four times annually.
