Nursing Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary escalation contact for intricate clinical and operational support challenges

• Transform inpatient and outpatient clinical workflows into product specifications in collaboration with engineering and product teams

• Oversee the implementation processes in inpatient psychiatry, residential SUD, IOP, PHP, and outpatient care settings

• Educate clinical personnel and operators on utilizing the platform within their everyday workflows

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for automating nursing workflows, medical intake, care coordination, and documentation

• Conduct clinical demonstrations and assist in customer implementations

• Partner with customer leadership to enhance adoption, improve outcomes, and ensure retention

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid medical or nursing license: RN, LPN, NP, or PA

• Extensive knowledge of MAR systems and medication workflows

• Hands-on experience in inpatient, residential, and outpatient clinical environments

• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operations teams

• An analytical and solutions-focused approach in uncertain situations

• A keen interest in developing technology that enhances care delivery

• Authorization to work in the US is mandatory on the application form

• State of residence must be provided on the application form
