This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and coordinate the application, renewal, updating, and maintenance of nursing licensure across various states.
β’ Assist with licensing processes for Nurse Practitioners, including their applications, renewals, state registrations, and necessary documentation.
β’ Help with the enrollment and maintenance of the National Provider Identifier (NPI) for Nurse Practitioners and other designated providers.
β’ Aid in the provider enrollment efforts at Virtis Health, encompassing application preparation, submission, follow-up, and upkeep.
β’ Support licensing and enrollment efforts for Soleo Rare.
β’ Offer credentialing assistance by gathering, verifying, organizing, and maintaining provider documentation.
β’ Help with updates to provider demographics, regulatory reports, credentialing databases, and tracking systems.
β’ Assist in payor enrollment activities, including application preparation, roster updates, recredentialing, and ongoing maintenance.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of electronic and physical records related to licensure, enrollment, and credentialing.
β’ Track application statuses and renewal deadlines to guarantee timely submissions and adherence to compliance.
β’ Liaise with licensing boards, enrollment organizations, credentialing bodies, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Assist during regulatory audits, documentation requests, and compliance assessments.
β’ Provide support as a backup for the Lead Pharmacy Licensing & Regulatory Coordinator.
β’ Engage in cross-training initiatives to support business continuity and operational readiness.
β’ Collaborate with Clinical Services, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Contracting, and Compliance teams.
β’ High School Diploma is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of two years in healthcare licensing, credentialing, provider enrollment, regulatory compliance, or healthcare administration is preferred.
β’ Prior experience with provider enrollment, credentialing, nursing licensure, or healthcare regulatory processes is preferable.
β’ Familiarity with state licensing boards, NPI registration, credentialing standards, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor enrollment processes is advantageous.
β’ Strong organizational skills, time management, and documentation management abilities are essential.
β’ Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
β’ Experience with healthcare enrollment, credentialing, or compliance tracking systems is preferred.
β’ Capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Availability Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
