Nurse Practitioner, Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform Annual Medical Clearance evaluations (Good Faith Exams) through video/audio to evaluate patient eligibility for treatment.

• Provide remote triage and treatment for patients via a secure telemedicine platform.

• Offer tailored education and suggest wellness-oriented treatment plans.

• Assist with clinical coordination for onsite patient visits as necessary.

• Ensure clear and compassionate virtual care experiences.

• Work in collaboration with the care team to achieve quality outcomes.

• Engage in the telehealth provider schedule, including weekend shifts, to support a 7-day-a-week service model.

• Finalize clinical documentation, sign patient charts, and handle e-prescriptions and lab orders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in both California and Texas (mandatory).

• Have over 2 years of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience in California.

• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Demonstrate proficiency in EMRs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Maintain a quiet, professional, distraction-free home work environment with dependable internet access.

• Be available and willing to travel to California for initial in-person training.

• Be prepared to work any scheduled shifts; specific shift assignments may vary according to scheduling and business requirements.

• Capable of working 4–5 shifts per week, including at least 3 weekend shifts per month.

• Work 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break during the hours of 6:30 AM–8:00 PM PST.

• CA NP 103/104 certification is preferred but not mandatory.
