Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between inpatient and outpatient services as part of the Baptist Health team

• Manage a caseload of 5 patients daily

• Engage in a call rotation

• Utilize the Epic EHR System

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Practice

• Certified and licensed as an APRN

• Preference for local candidates
