Nurse Practitioner, NP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver primary care to high-acuity patients in their homes from Monday to Friday.

• Emphasize patient care in your medical practice rather than focusing on volume.

• Allocate sufficient time to genuinely meet the needs of patients.

• Provide patient-centered care within a collaborative, team-oriented, physician-led framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is situated.

• Possess a Federal DEA License or be eligible for one.

• Hold an active CPR/BLS Certification.

• Achieve Board Certification.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record.

• Prior training or experience in geriatrics is preferred.
