This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Manage a complete patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual consultations.
β’ Deliver continuous, relationship-centered care over extended periods.
β’ Prescribe and autonomously oversee hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
β’ Assess patients for pharmacological weight management solutions, including GLP-1 therapies.
β’ Make independent clinical decisions.
β’ Conduct efficient, high-volume appointments while prioritizing patient-centered care.
β’ Complete necessary documentation and ensure appropriate follow-up.
β’ Achieve productivity targets.
β’ Adapt to various platforms including EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision-support systems.
β’ Provide occasional coverage during evenings, weekends, or across multiple time zones as required.
β’ Report directly to the Nurse Practitioner Manager.
β’ Must possess multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.
β’ Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently managing patients through perimenopause and menopause.
β’ At least 3 years of independent experience in prescribing and adjusting HRT.
β’ 3+ years of managing a continuous NP patient panel and making independent clinical decisions.
β’ 3+ years of experience in synchronous telemedicine.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in evaluating and prescribing pharmacological weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
β’ Hold multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).
β’ Access to reliable high-speed internet.
β’ Ability to work efficiently in a virtual setting.
β’ Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be necessary.
β’ Currently, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
β’ All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
β’ Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine is preferred.
