Nurse Practitioner – Missouri

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Manage a complete patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual consultations.

• Deliver continuous, relationship-centered care over extended periods.

• Prescribe and autonomously oversee hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacological weight management solutions, including GLP-1 therapies.

• Make independent clinical decisions.

• Conduct efficient, high-volume appointments while prioritizing patient-centered care.

• Complete necessary documentation and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• Achieve productivity targets.

• Adapt to various platforms including EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision-support systems.

• Provide occasional coverage during evenings, weekends, or across multiple time zones as required.

• Report directly to the Nurse Practitioner Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently managing patients through perimenopause and menopause.

• At least 3 years of independent experience in prescribing and adjusting HRT.

• 3+ years of managing a continuous NP patient panel and making independent clinical decisions.

• 3+ years of experience in synchronous telemedicine.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in evaluating and prescribing pharmacological weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

• Hold multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Ability to work efficiently in a virtual setting.

• Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone coverage may be necessary.

• Currently, Midi is unable to provide visa sponsorship.

• All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

• Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine is preferred.
