Nurse Practitioner – Georgia-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a complete patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual consultations.

• Deliver ongoing, relationship-centered care over extended periods.

• Prescribe and independently oversee Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacological weight management, specifically utilizing GLP-1 therapies.

• Make independent clinical decisions.

• Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up while achieving productivity targets.

• Conduct efficient patient visits while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Complete every patient-care loop seamlessly and transition easily between patients and digital platforms.

• Provide occasional coverage during evenings, weekends, or across multiple time zones as needed.

• Engage in extended computer use, participate in video conferences, and manage electronic documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the state of Georgia as a prerequisite for employment.

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in independently managing patients through perimenopause and menopause.

• At least 3 years of experience in independently prescribing and adjusting HRT.

• A minimum of 3 years managing a continuous Nurse Practitioner patient panel, fostering ongoing relationships and making independent clinical decisions over time.

• At least 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.

• Over 1 year of experience in evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

• Multiple active state licenses are preferred (DEA preferred).

• Preferred qualifications include certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Capability to work effectively in a virtual setting.
