This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a complete patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual consultations.
β’ Deliver ongoing, relationship-centered care over extended periods.
β’ Prescribe and independently oversee Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.
β’ Assess patients for pharmacological weight management, specifically utilizing GLP-1 therapies.
β’ Make independent clinical decisions.
β’ Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up while achieving productivity targets.
β’ Conduct efficient patient visits while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
β’ Complete every patient-care loop seamlessly and transition easily between patients and digital platforms.
β’ Provide occasional coverage during evenings, weekends, or across multiple time zones as needed.
β’ Engage in extended computer use, participate in video conferences, and manage electronic documentation.
β’ Must reside within the state of Georgia as a prerequisite for employment.
β’ Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
β’ Minimum of 3 years experience in independently managing patients through perimenopause and menopause.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in independently prescribing and adjusting HRT.
β’ A minimum of 3 years managing a continuous Nurse Practitioner patient panel, fostering ongoing relationships and making independent clinical decisions over time.
β’ At least 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.
β’ Over 1 year of experience in evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.
β’ Multiple active state licenses are preferred (DEA preferred).
β’ Preferred qualifications include certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.
β’ Access to reliable high-speed internet.
β’ Capability to work effectively in a virtual setting.
β’ All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
