Nurse Practitioner – Connecticut

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Manage a complete virtual patient panel.

• Address issues related to perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep.

• Prescribe and independently oversee Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacologic weight management, including GLP-1 therapies.

• Make independent clinical decisions.

• Offer ongoing, relationship-centered care over extended periods.

• Complete necessary documentation and ensure follow-through.

• Achieve productivity standards.

• Conduct efficient visits while fostering patient rapport.

• Collaborate using EHR, video, AI scribing, Slack, and clinical decision-support tools.

• Provide occasional coverage during evenings, weekends, or across multiple time zones as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses.

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.

• Over 3 years of experience in independently managing patients through perimenopause and menopause.

• More than 3 years of experience in independently prescribing and titrating HRT.

• At least 3 years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel and making independent clinical decisions.

• Over 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.

• More than 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

• Multiple active state licenses are required.

• DEA certification is preferred.

• Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine is preferred.

• Must have reliable high-speed internet access.

• Ability to work efficiently in a virtual setting.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
