Nurse Practitioner – ADHD Diagnosis and Treatment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive mental health care to patients, including assessment and medication oversight.

• Create and apply individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs while adhering to best practices and clinical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to provide integrated and coordinated care.

• Keep precise and current patient records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Assist in defining the treatment philosophy and contribute to the formulation of clinical policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid and unrestricted license in Iowa (mandatory).

• An active Iowa DEA license (mandatory).

• Must currently have (or be prepared to acquire) independent malpractice liability insurance.

• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18 and older).

• Experience in prescribing medication, preferably via a telehealth platform.

• A private and professional setting for conducting sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• A reliable internet connection.

• Must currently reside in the United States.

• Nurse practitioners should be capable of diagnosing and prescribing independently.

• Competent in prescribing both stimulant and non-stimulant medications when necessary, in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• Hourly Pay: $120

• Diagnosis + Medication Management (45 minutes): $90

• Medication Management (30 minutes): $60

• Medication Management Follow-Up (15 minutes): $30
